The house is approximately 80 m² and consists of two spaces, one of which has a bedroom with a double bed, a small living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, and the other has a bedroom with two single beds, a small living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The two spaces can be used separately in the same booking. Outside, there is a patio and a roof terrace with sweeping views of the city and the sea. The house is equipped with refrigerators, washing machines, ceramic hobs, ovens, microwaves and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, among other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. REMARKS A separate part of the house is reserved for the owner, who shares the patio. Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged. People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.
