Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Funchal und eignet sich daher hervorragend für die Stadterkundung. Durch den privaten Parkplatz kann man aber auch die gesamte Insel erkunden. Ausstattung und Interieur sind gut auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

Amazing location - within walking distance of everything Very clean, lots of space. Everything in great condition. But most of all, our experience was made great by Isabel and her staff. Super friendly and great communication. Clear, accurate and responses very quickly. We also got great support for my mother regarding her health. Internet worked well, air conditioning available, two grocery stores within a few minutes walk. Would 100 percent stay at Casa da Praca again and would recommend to anyone going to Madeira

Heerlijk verblijf in de studio

Zo’n mooie plek midden in de stad, met parkeerplaats voor je auto, wij zaten in de studio. Prima plek, alles mooi nieuw en schoon. Isabel en haar team geven een prima service. Zelfs in de studio halverwege het verblijf werden de bedden verschoond en werd er schoongemaakt. Heel veilig. Eigen codes om het complex te betreden en buiten het complex een leuk pleintje met eettentjes en winkeltjes. Mooi centraal gelegen om de stad lopend te bezoeken.

High tech stay better than home

Casa da Praca is located in the heart of Funchal. There are coffee shops and restaurants right downstairs, 2 supermarkets including a large one like Pingo Doce within 4 minutes walk. In less than 10 mins walk, you get to Zona Velha, the old town, and to the cable car that goes to Monte. You can pretty much get to anywhere on foot. The elevator building may look narrow from the front but the actual apartments are super spacious and ultra modern once you step inside, even hi-tech. We booked a total of 3 2-bedroom units (1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, extra sofa bed in the living room) for a 5 day stay. There are 2 bathrooms to each unit with 1 in suite in the double bed room, it even has a bidet! Electrical shades installed in each bedroom and living room. AC available. Beds were very comfortable. The completeness of the kitchen will blow your mind away, It has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, juice maker, etc. better than my own kitchen seriously. Plus it came with complementary fruits. Each unit comes with a washer but you'd have to hand dry your clothes on the balcony, no dryer. Assigned parking spots available inside the courtyard but request ahead with the host to guarantee yourself a spot. Street parking is Funchal is scary as streets are ultra narrow. Isabel our hostess has been more than wonderful, very responsive informative and helpful. Casa da Praca beats 5* hotels anytime, a home away from home.

Best apartments in Madeira!

Amazing apartment, completely equipped to feel at home and make your meals. Very modern design and exquisite taste in decoration. Extremely clean and well administered by Isabel, who is always on the details. We are already looking forward to coming back to exactly the same place!! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay :)
