#### Incompétence service client Abritel et du correspondant local

Nous (6 personnes) sommes arrivés vers 18h00 dans le hall de la résidence Astrolab. Malgré plusieurs messages à notre correspondant local Mr Paulo FRANCO, nous sommes restés seuls avec nos valises dans le hall pendant 2 heures environ. Vers 18h30, j'ai contacté par téléphone votre service assistance au 04 13 68 02 88 pour expliquer la situation. Vers 19 h, le service assistance m'a informé qu'il n'arrivait à joindre le correspondant immobilier. Puis, j'ai été informé que le séjour était annulé !!!! Nous devions alors trouver un nouvel hébergement par nos moyens !!! Les divers interlocuteurs Abritel ont évoqué par la suite des possibilités de dédommagements financiers sans pouvoir nous proposer un hébergement pour la nuit du 21 au 22 mai ni pour les jours suivants.Vers 20h, Mr Paulo FRANCO est arrivé dans le hall de la résidence. Il a été surpris d'apprendre que le séjour avait été annulé. Il nous a ouvert l'appartement au 2 ème étage en attendant de régler le problème. Les jours suivants, nous avons dû échanger par téléphone avec votre service et VRBO pour définir les modalités du paiement car j'ai reçu le 22 mai le remboursement du séjour sur mon compte bancaire.Malgré ce compte rendu, je souhaiterais avoir un nouvel échange avec un correspondant Abritel pour donner plus de détails sur la situation du 21 mai et des autres jours afin d'obtenir une indemnisation correspondant à nos désagréments subis pendant plusieurs jours.Dans l'attente de votre retour, P ROQUECAVE
