Victoria was amazing! Super friendly and gave some great suggestions of things to do in the city. Hotel was centrally located and walkable to almost anything! The room was nice, however the WiFi was spotty at best and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but not terrible.

This hotel was at a great location, close to city center which made it convenient to go back and take a rest between tourist sites.
The hotel is clean, my room was spacious and they accomodated my request to me to a room down the hall. My room was great, and had all what I needed. They provided free refreshments in the lobby which was amazing. I really enjoyed that!!
The sauna was not working, which I was looking forward to since I booked this hotel with that in mind. I think its important to somehow state that on the website.
Otherwise, I loved everything else and the staff was great!!

"The room was dusty, with cobwebs in every corner, and the fridge smelled awful. It’s very noisy in the mornings in a CityView room; the windows aren’t soundproofed at all. Breakfast was simple, with a basic selection of food, but overall everything was tasty and fresh. Parking is available right ..."
