"Standard japan hotel. It's very near fukuyama castle and fukuyama station. As for the room, apart from the bbq smell coming from the air-con when I switch cooling, it your typical japan hotel."

"I’ve been going to this hotel for years. I took the cheapest room this time, which said it was noisy, but it wasn’t at all! Bathroom is quite wide, bed is comfortable, and it was really quiet. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It’s an older hotel that is quite famous in that area. Definitely would stay again. "

"My wife and I thought the open-air baths were for both men and women. However, in reality, the open-air bath are only found in the men's baths. The women's bath was not an open-air bath. My wife are disappointed with it. "

"The hotel is about a 4 min walk from the main train station and centrally located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also pretty decent. Note that this property has only 1 elevator. The room and facility was very clean."

"Near train station which was nice. Is harder to find as it is inside of an overhang off the street. Once you find it its easy to navigate to as near main dinning and shopping area. I went during a slow time of year, but got a little street noise but not much. Good outlet and mini area for luggage. I had 3 bags (size of airplane carry on) and all fit under bed. In summer, the sleeping area might get a little stuffy as no vent, but if you have a mini fan this shouldnt be an issue. Receptionist was nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They made the stay 5 stars! "
