It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station but only 6 minutes to the bus. It was a great place away from the main city to explore and enjoy fukuoka. Walking distance to Ohori park, paypay stadium, and teamlab forest with more than a few covenience stores and small grocery stores nearby. The apartment was on the 3rd floor in a quiet neighborhood. It was adjacent to a school and that could create some noise but it was infrequent and only during the day. The apartment had lots of features that seemed new and the bed was comfortable with extra pillows and sheets if needed. The couch was also comfortable and the unit cpuld have easily slept a small group. They said they would send check in instructions that would have a QR code, but that never happened. The reservation numbers I did receive were all denied by the check in system. I called the hotels contact number 3 times for it to never be picked up. I messaged the hotel and 3 days later still no response. Its a bit close to What airbib is, but the whole apartment is dedicated to it. No fancy service desk and amenities. The apartment was filthy, covered in hairs, dust, muck, dirty tissues, residue on the kitchen cupboard doors, dirty sinks, streaky mirrors etc. This was literally a bed for the night as we had the ferry to catch the following day. In any other scenario we’d have left immediately. We’d strongly advise against booking this place. The only saving grace, which is nothing to do with the accommodate was our visit to the nearby Beer and Burger place: Far Yeast.
