Nice, but we didn't use the loft at all

Great location with lots of shopping nearby. Very trendy area. Shout out to the coffee stand opposite the hotel - we visited everyday. However it's an apartment so you are expected to keep the place clean. We didn't use the loft at all because it felt flimsy and tiny for bigger sized people. We just slept on the sofa bed and created a makeshift sleeping area in the living room. Heating on the first floor is poor. We were quite cold during the winter.

相比附近的住宿 價格較低 地方也十分寬敞 整潔度也不差 性價比十分高！！ 也有洗衣機及加濕機 設備很齊全 花灑的力度也十分足夠。 唯獨有一點小缺陷 廁所有一點異味 但在可接受範圍 房門不能在入面反鎖 要自己多加注意安全 位置距離地下鐵較遠 可以的話 坐計程車會比較方便 不過性價比真的很高了！

３ベッドルームに６名で宿泊しました。広いリビングでのんびり出来ました。周辺は飲食店やショップがたくさんあり、とても便利なエリアです。キッチンも充実しているので、食事を作ることも可能です。セキュリティーもしっかりしているので安心です。次回もお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Ken is a wonderful host! He made amazing recommendations for places to eat and even went to the trohble of finding and making reservations at places when the ones we wanted were closed for holiday. He even was gracious to mail my glove which i had accidentally left to my next hotel. Thanks ken! The loft itself is spacious for the area (keep in mind places are small in japan). It's very clean, has a washer in unit, and is optimally located near restaurants and fukuoka castle/park.

Ken and Pear were very prompt in communications and the rooms were prepared just as we had requested. We loved to have had that home away from home in an extremely convenient location.

First, the positives: The location of this property was excellent. It is within walking distance of nearly all the tourist sites we wanted to visit. It was also close to the subway, which we took to Dazaifu. The room we were in had lovely shoji paneled beds, which gave more privacy than most hotel rooms its size. It also had separate toilet and shower rooms. We liked that it had a small kitchen. Ken was very friendly and helpful. The negatives: the neighborhood noise is loud in the apartment, including at 1 in the morning. It's part of having a good location. Thanks to previous reviewers, we were prepared and put up a blanket in the window and brought ear plugs to dampen the sound, which mostly worked. The only other thing is it is an apartment, not a hotel, so there is no one on duty in the lobby, no pool, no TV in the apartment, and taxi drivers don't know where it is. We were ok with this, but thought it worth pointing out. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

非常好，非常舒適，適合家庭及孩童入住

房內備有小帳篷和小玩具，孩子們看到都玩瘋了，房間相當舒適，有小廚房適合採買東西回來整理享用，浴廁分離，提供洗衣機、洗衣精，刷洗台可以刷洗衣服，細節上都相當用心。住宿第1晚逛街回來晚上11:30才發現冷氣有問題只能先停用，炎炎夏日又是深夜，已經打算先擠別的房間睡，試著傳line給老闆，老闆15分鐘內趕到及修復(將近午夜12點~這樣的老闆哪裡找)，並對我們不停的抱歉...老闆人非常nice哦! 英語相當流利並熱心，在這停留的3晚相當舒適!!

とても清潔で、ロケーションも良く、こちらのお願いにも柔軟に対応いただけて、大変ありがたかったです。全体的にとても良いホテルでした。 が、一点だけ、夜中の12時以降も近隣施設でのカラオケの音と声が聴こえてきてなかなか眠れなかったのが不満点でした。繁華街なのである程度は仕方いと思いますが、まさかカラオケの音で眠れないとは予想してませんでした。事前にお知らせいただけれは耳栓持参などで対応できるので情報として公開した方が良いかと思います。

We love this place. It's in Tenjin area which is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Obviously a very fun place to be in. The hotel is easy to access by bus more than subway. The hotel has limited staff so you will need to contact them your arrival time as well.
