The place was clean and spacious, and for the price, it’s well worth it! it has everything you need and is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Fukuoka. There is no soundproofing. There was also an emergency gas leak that they did not inform me about until I complained of the night construction. I had to leave to another hotel. They refuse to refund my money.
