The hotel was just amazing. We stayed for our honeymoon and were treated so well. The staff made us feel so special. The rooms are amazing and the rooftop hot tub was a real joy to wake up to. Could not recommend enough!

This hotel is absolutely marvellous. The standard of the room 103 was first class - the room was spacious, clean with excellent air conditioning. We had comfortable twin beds and the bath / shower room was beautifully done. Traditional Japanese accommodation with all mod cons. A well run hotel with excellent staff and amenities

Spotless hotel with great service in excellent location. I’ve had better breakfast buffets but overall a super hotel.

Stayed 2 nights. We had a Japanese suite for our family. We really liked the space, and had a good amount of room. We enjoyed the breakfast and the baths were also great. The shuttle bus into the city was also really convenient

Lovely resort hotel . Our room was enormous, the pool was relaxing and breakfast was amazing - so much choice and all really fresh . It’s a bit out of the city but there are local buses and train on the doorstep and a free shuttle bus too. We came to see Fukuoka and have a rest from Tokyo . The hotel was great for both. Only downside for us was no vegetarian option at Dinner so we ate in Fukuoka .

Very clean, spacious and family friendly

Beautiful, with exquisite servive from the friendly staff. The rooms are fabulous with views over a Japanese garden. The food, at dinner and breakfast, is traditional Japanese, served beautifully

this place is so chill and my child love it
