The Balcony View is a nice and the trains were very close but did not keep us up at night. The downside is the filters on the A/C were filthy. I had to clean them because two of my persons have allergies and the dust was terrible. The A/C units looked as if they had not been cleaned in months. The dishes were dirty, so I needed to was dishes before I could cook anything. The cleanliness was the reason I could not give a Excellent review. However, the place is simple to enter and exit. The instructions for remotes and tv are in multiple languages. The fridge can hold groceries.
