Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. We initially stayed in a room where the bed was positioned next to the window. Unfortunately, there was a draft during the night, and we ended up catching a cold. Thankfully, the front desk staff was very kind and helpful—they quickly arranged for us to switch rooms. The new room was not only warmer but also more spacious, which we really appreciated. Also note that they charge a 3000 yen fee for lost room key, so just be careful.

Very nice, enough space considering 2 beds and a small sofa area. Shower was great, clean bathroom and nice firm beds. No noise from other guests, no outside noise. Had available parking which was perfect though a little more expensive than other places, but happy to pay as much more convenient. Close to station, restaurants and conveniences.

This hotel is just a few minutes away from Nishitetsu Yakuin Station where I needed to be. It is very convenient location to access to a bus, subway, and train. I added the breakfast buffet for my stay, and I loved the breakfast! The room is very small which it was fine for me because I am a small person, but it may not be not safe for a big person because between the end of the bed and the wall is very narrow space that I had to walk very carefully to go to the bathroom; otherwise I may hit my head with the TV (built in to the wall but screen is there). Also I didn’t like funky smell of hallway and the room which was a like cigarettes.

Hard beds

Spacious room with adequate sleeping arrangements. However the beds and pillows are ultra firm which can make it hard to sleep. Fire alarm went off at around midnight so that was not fun.

Unfortunately, some Chinese tourists talked in hallway at night and early morning so it’s noisy sometimes. Also, our room is next to outdoor units so the noise distracted our sleep every night. Except that, the location is very convenient and staff are friendly and polite:)

Great place to stay. Comfy and rooms were a good size for Japanese hotel. Only let downs were location and cleanliness. Location I can’t blame the hotel, good public transport available, but further from Hakata and Tenjin, I should’ve booked a closer one! The room was mostly clean, but random things were not. Why was the windowsill so dusty? Why was the top of the air conditioner so dusty? Why was the bath clean, but the edge around by the wall so gross?

Everything was nice overall, though the room my wife and I stayed in was quite small for two people. Still, most things were fine — except for the window. It felt really stuffy since we couldn’t open it at all, not even a little. I understand the security concern, but having it completely locked was too much. It stayed uncomfortably stuffy throughout our stay.
