After I book it, the hotel send me an email that I need to enter the customers name and parking places through VPN. However, Hong Kong(places outside Japan) cannot access the website to enter the information. The hotel don’t allow place outside Japan to access the information. This make me so inconvenient. There is no staff in the hotel and is all done by previous booking and AI. So you have no one to talk to. The house also no one to clean. The booking access and cleaning is something that not good enough. Luckily, the rooms floor is forever heated (we come in December and is cold) and the house when we first day enter is very clean. I think these 2 things is excellent. If you are not good at computer, you need staff to contact and to clean the room, you should not book this hotel.
