This is a detached house that was renovated from a US military house and can be rented out as a whole capacity 6 people
There is a separate building on the same site so both buildings can be reserved for up to 12 people
It is popular with families groups of friends and groups

It is located in the Nishitozaki area close to Shikanoshima a resort area in Fukuoka

The Saitozaki area has Uminonakamichi Seaside Park and Marine World
Shikanoshima has the beautiful Genkai Sea and Katsuma has natural hot springs

In addition it has good access to the Hakata and Tenjin districts which are the busiest areas in Kyushu

There is also a convenience store nearby
350m 4 minute walk to Ministop
550m 7 minute walk to 7Eleven / Maximum capacity is 6 people

海の中道でのイベントの為に宿泊しました。 子供2人連れで、荷物と子供を連れての電車移動が大変だと思ったので 宿泊を決めて大正解でした。 車も停められ、何より米軍時代のフラットハウスがとてもかわいく 古い建物だと虫の侵入など心配していましたが、 中は綺麗にリノベーションされており 何の問題もありませんでした。 必要な家電もアメニティも揃っていて 快適すぎて子供たちも帰りたくないと言うほどでした。 イベント前から子供の足で海の中道まで歩くと疲れてしまうかも、とオーナーさんがチェックイン後に車で送迎してくださり、本当に助かりました。 帰りはイベントの余韻で歌いながら歩いて帰ってきたら大丈夫でした。 おかげさまでイベントも宿泊も元気に両方楽しめました★ お布団がふかふかで気持ちいいと子供たちに大好評でした。
