"Other than an isolated experience with one staff member, the rest of this staff and every other aspect of the stay was exceptional. Corporate was extremely responsive to my situation. I would stay here again."

"A lovely hotel with friendly & professional staff.
Room was comfortable and clean.
The shuttle bus was great but if travelling outside of its schedule, location was distant from transport and dining options."

Bright room colours.
Good choices at breakfast buffet.
Walking distance to the market and main sights.
Kanazawa train station is just 15 minutes walk.
There is a ramen restaurant 2 min walk called Ramen Mikoshi
中華蕎麦 御輿 which is excellent.

After a very tiring couple of days, I was so glad I picked this hotel to retire to. Right next to the Shinkansen station but quiet and spotlessly clean with a great sized room this was the perfect business hotel.

We arrived in Kanazawa in a thunder, lightening and hail storm and were confined to the hotel for the evening. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and we had a thoroughly relaxed and pleasant evening in a beautiful room.
The service was excellent and the facilities were good. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Room very clean, room very spacious. Hotel nice and modern, staff were excellent. Slippers and pajamas were provided as well as toiletries. We did not book breakfast but they provided a kettle and fridge in a lovely area in the room. In the lobby were tea, coffee, sugar etc that you could take at anytime. There is multiple shops and eateries within walking distance. I would definitely stay again
