"Don’t stay here! They should be taken off Hotels.com! So dirty and gross, and over priced. Bugs everywhere… beds uncomfortable, pillow flat. I say pillow cuz that is all there was. "I came all the way to Mount Fuji to be able to use the Onsen. No notice was provided that I will not be allowed to wear a bathing suit or if I have tattoos, this Hotel will not allow me to use their facilities. Expedia and the hotels take advantage of the customers and that’s not OK. Be aware and ask a lot of questions before booking! I will fight for my money back!"

"Breakfast needed a bit to be desired The restaurant is no where near big enough to cope with the number of people and the reservation system left long queues Also no orange juice on second day Dinner was fully booked by advance coach parties so went to a local Japanese restaurant 5 min walk away It was excellent and a lot cheaper than the hotel"
