"The hotel was extremely convenienty located, right in front of the ferry terminal. And the hotel has a good souvenir shop on the ground floor. The staff don't speak English, but communicate with you using Google translate, and were very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend to all travellers."

"One of the main reasons why I picked this hotel is that it offers free airport transfers, but nobody was there to pick me up when I arrived even though I had contacted Hotels.com to help send a message to the hotel and I had also emailed the hotel to provide my arrival flight information. Fortunately there is a visitor information center at the airport and the man there was kind enough to call the hotel for me.
