Hi Antonio, great that you found the rating function. probably right next to the message function. There you would have found your check-in information already 1 day before arrival (as communicated several times). But even when you were standing in front of a closed door, you were answered within 3! minutes. if you like to TALK to instead of texting, you can always just call. Or you can talk to one of our employees onsite every day from 8-10am. Keep your eyes open when booking - the room is pictured exactly as it was booked. If you hadn't just looked at the price, you would have seen the room size beforehand. well - worst nightmare accommodation in a clean, bright, quiet design room. hotel style towels and bed linen included. Hallo Theo, Danke für dein Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass euer Schlaf durch den Bass aus unserer Anlage gestört wurde. Es ist natürlich nicht unsere Absicht, euch Unannehmlichkeiten zu bereiten!Wir möchten dennoch darauf hinweisen, dass die Anlage im Untergeschoss tatsächlich die kleinste Version von Sonos ist, die in der Regel einen moderaten und raumfreundlichen Klang liefert. Außerdem ist der Lautsprecher normalerweise bei lediglich 7% seiner maximalen Lautstärke eingestellt. Viele Grüße Madita vom Old Kings Hostel

Hello Carina, we want to start by letting you know that when you have booked the room, you have seen that check in time starts at 4.00 PM.In the morning, there is staff at the hostel and we are sure that if you were at the hostel in the morning, you were able to store the luggage.Everybody has this possibility.You were in a mixed dormitory and not in a ladies dormitory, it was pure coincidence that there were only ladies.Our staff is allowed to go in the dormitories to check if everything is ok, to see which beds are still available, to take the trash out, where is your problem?You were in a 8 persons dormitory, why should everybody, everytime he goes inside knock at the door?IS A 8 BED MIXED DORMITORY!!In the morning you took a shower almost before the check out time expired(you knew that check out is until 10.00 am).Our staff went in the room to start cleaning,that is usual after check out time, you were still there.There was no problem for us and also you did not said nothing about it at that moment.It was almost 10.30 am when you wanted to use the ladies bathroom, to dry your hair.Nobody told you nothing that you are not allowed to use.So, after check out you were still in the lounge playing with your phone, so it is not true that you went outside with your wet hair.Nobody did not told you anything, even you did not respect the house rules about check out time.So, what you are telling is not true.It is not possible that at 10 PM somebody from the staff checked the ladies toilets and showers, because we are at the hostel only until 8.00 PM.And even if we check the toilets and the showers we knock at the door, if there is no answer, than we go inside.We check toilets and showers because we want always to have them clean.Our staff and guests are very nice people and that is why it is a very big surprise for us by seeing this review.
