Pleasant hotel near Neuschwanstein
Pleasant, small hotel in Fuessen, a 10-minute drive from Neuschwanstein castle. Stayed with kids. Check-in lobby is down a narrow, one-way cobblestone street in town centre; space to park in front of lobby for check-in, then had to move car to large city parking lot about a 10-minute walk away. Front desk was manned by a young man who was friendly and efficient and very helpful with luggage and taking us to our room - thank you. Room was in separate building one block away from lobby building. No elevator. Room was small and basic but clean and pleasant; no mini fridge. All registered guests were required to show passport at check-in. The neighbourhood is charming and safe and lovely and we loved the evening beer garden and market in the park a couple blocks away. Would stay here again.

I will be requesting a refund. NONE of the amenities listed are provided. No one to talk with. A hostel in town has better accommodations. No one was there to let us in. Had spoke to a man when we were on the way. Left us in the street at 23:30. Had to find another hotel. No coffee no breakfast do not expect to see anyone or get any service or get anyone to answer the phone outside the door. The sign said you could call M2 for English nope German message. Message only we checked in the next morning since I was charged the Full amount prior to arrival I requested a credit for the first night. Never heard back. Good luck with this place.

Our check in is until 8pmand if you arrive at midnight at 11:45 p.m., unfortunately that is not possible. You have to read the guidelines properlyA directive is a legal act that sets out a goal to be achieved by all EU countries.

Rooms are redone and nice. We had 2 rooms on the top floor. No elevator. No ac. 1 room only had a skylight to open for some fresh air. Well it rained in night and my side of bed ended up soaking wet. Hotel only has 4 parking spots.luckily we got one,but had to pay 8€ for night.

The hotel is on a nice quiet corner. That puts you a short walk to everything. To catch the bus for the castle tours is a 5 minute walk.

The place itself is located in a good area of town. The space was bigger and tidier than I expected so that great. The cow painting was funny. The only thing I didn’t like was that to go in to the room I had there were two Doors (one from the outside) that actually happened to be unlocked sometimes. It isn’t by the front desk or anything so that was odd. Besides that great find to recharge if in the area.

The place had four beds for the five of us and that’s enough for us. The whole apartment was a little too cramped together. Only had room for a small table and one chair. One night was totally fine. We couldn’t get to the hotel till after the check in time and I called ahead to let the hotel know and she waited for me. She reserved one parking spot for us. We had Asian food by the hotel. It was just okay but we were craving for some Asian food. The apartment building was right next to a Hookah lounge and a tattoo parlor. I was a little skeptical but it was a safe area.

This was a lovely property, clean and inviting. I would recommend this hotel to others. It is conveniently located in the middle of town, close to the train, restaurants and the people were nice.

Our room was spacious. However, it had no windows, only a curtained sliding door in the back room that led to an unusable inner courtyard. No reading lamps, just overhead light. no minibar to keep things cold if needed. There was a nice table in the room. The night we arrived the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and neither was 1 television. It took over 24 hours to fix the Wi-Fi. The hotel was not particularly apologetic about the problems and didn’t really seem to care if we were satisfied. We found out from the Tourist Office that the hotel was supposed to offer us a Fussen card to allow us access to local buses. They were provided when we inquired but we should have been offered without having to ask. The breakfast was ok though we were surprised to see packaged baked sweets beside the smaller mix of nicer rolls and breads. Early birds got better things like local style pretzels but the staff did not keep a reserve of these nicer breads for later arrivals.

Close to City center, but when we arrived within the specified check-in window there was no one there. Parking was only available in public garage, not well explained. Room was big enough, but overlooked an alley.

Nice Room
Our room was nice and the staff were helpful. We were here during the historical heat wave. There is no air conditioning much like the rest of Germany but we were given a fan. In a very walkable area near several eateries and shops. A quiet back street to the main tourist area.

Very convenient
The room was small but very well organized, clean, modern and efficient. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

Centrally located, overall adequate
The hotel is very well located. Parking is a bit of a problem, and you will most likely have to pay extra for parking as the hotel does not provide parking to its guests. The room was small, simple with very basic amenities. But we were there to ski, so we were not looking for a super comfortable room anyway. The bathroom in our room was recently renovated, so that was appreciated. Overall, it was an adequate experience.

Havde betalt i app'en men da vi ankom ville receptionisten pludselig have 180 euro ekstra og sammenlignede hotellet med luksus hotellerne i byen. Hustler! Efter et opkald til hotels.com var alt alligevel betalt. Værelset lå i en anden bygning og oven på en vandpibe café, så der sad folk og røg i indgangen. Værelset var fint og stort.

Faltou energia por duas vezes, passamos frio, as instalações são muito antigas, as camas são desconfortáveis, o banheiro demora a esquentar a água, não tem frigobar e a nota que está no site não corresponde ao que oferecem de serviço. Custo benefício que não vale a pena.

Se você inserir um objeto elétrico com defeito no soquete, é claro que haverá falhas de energia Mobiliário Muito antigo está errado Eu não sei como é a sua casa, mas com a gente toda a instalação foi criada recentemente em 01.07.2017 Esperamos que você nunca mais fique no nosso hotel desde que você fez check-out, você está uma bagunça e muita sujeira licença Nossa equipe de limpeza passou 2 horas limpando a sujeira Lamentamos, temos que escrever assim mas também não precisamos tolerar tudo de você.

Quarto no predio vizinho e sem papel higienico.
Ao chegarmos havia um bilhete na porta, em alemão (ok sei que estavamos na alemanha, porém poderia estar também em ingles) informando que deveriamos ligar para um numero indicado. Qdo ligamos demorou mas fomos atendidos por uma mulher que disse que em 5 minutos chegaria para nos atender. Chegou depois de 15 minutos e enquanto isso ficamos parados com as malas na calçada !!!!!!!! Chegou e teve que ligar o computador, não achava a chave do quarto e ficou reclamando em alemão o tempo todo, parecia que estava brava porque estavamos ali !!!!!!!! para nossa surpresa, nosso quarto não era lá no endereço onde fizemos a reserva, era em um prédio distante 2 quarteiroes e...lá fomos nós com as malas procurar o lugar, pois ela não nos acompanhou. Qdo chegamos descobrimos que era um prédio compartilhado por 3 hoteis !!!!! cada quarto tinha um nome de hotel diferente na porta. E no banheiro não tinha NENHUM rolo de papel higienico e...não tinhamos para quem reclamar ou solicitar um. Ainda bem que ficamos apenas 1 noite. Não gostamos desse Hotel. Nota 3.

駅近で清潔なホテル
駅から徒歩５分ほどですが石畳の上をスーツケースを転がして歩くのは大変でした。事前にチェックイン時間を伝えてありましたがあまり関係なかったようです。外の電話を使いコール。英語の欄を選択しましたが聞きなれない言語。とりあえず英語でチェックインしたい旨を伝えるとすぐに扉を開けてくれました。一番栄えている場所の近くでしたが日曜の夜と言うこともありどこもお店やスーパーは開いていませんでした。
