Newly furnished, comfortable ground floor garden living/sleeping apartment with 49 m² in a very quiet location.  
Large, sunny living room with two raised, separate beds or beds that can be joined together,  
further sofa bed and dining area as well as a separate storage room.  
46" inch flat screen TV with FP rec. and DVD/CD player, radio and WiFi.  
Fully equipped fitted kitchen, large wardrobe.  
Modern bathroom with shower, raised toilet and sink.  
Highlight: Your 20 m² south-facing wooden terrace with awning and beautiful garden furniture.  
Air-conditioned ventilation system for always fresh air in the rooms!  
  
Proper children's wooden cot (70x140cm) and high chair, etc. for the little ones  
and barbecue and campfire area with picnic bench for the grown-ups.
