I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by.
On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials.
I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! As were the chamber maid ladies.
This hotel is a total pleasure to stay in.

Modern hotel, nice size rooms, centrally situated. At the time of the review the main road in front of the hotel is a working site and traffic around is not easy.

online check-in was the only available option for the apartment building, but the owner (also has a hotel a ways away) was unable to properly send me the link, so I had to travel across town to check-in in-person at the hotel then travel back to the apartment, which was not available until after our check-in time. very inconvenient.

"I booked this because it had a pool, the pool is not available, I did complain at the time , no response from the hotel or Hotel. Com , the breakfast staff did not allow filling water bottles , miserable!"
