Breakfast was not a pleasant experience as the staff seemed to be intent on corralling guests who were not seated at the beginning into smaller and smaller sections. We didn’t understand that we needed to pre book a spot in the parking garage but luckily there was still availability. So, if you need one I would recommend booking it when you make the reservation. I don’t think this was properly explained on the Hotels.com website."

"This is a classic hotel right in the heart of Segovia. Literally five steps from Plaza Mayor. The hotel is an older property, but very comfortable. The rooms were a little warm and the AC was a little weak, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The spa menus is a little weak and we did not take advantage of the spa. They do have a nice restaurant, but in competition with all of the wonderful dining opportunities in Segovia, it does not seem to get used much. We stayed at this hotel for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit."
