Very nice hotel and staff. It was a bit hard to find so that’s why I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars. It’s on the 5th floor btw. Also the bathroom smelled like sewage a few times coming from the drain, but it cleared on its own. Great location also!

It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes.
We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to use your phone to unlock the hotel and room doors. This property wouldn't be suitable for older guests who may not be tech savvy.

We absolutely loved the stay. The staff was lovely, particularly Nerea at the front desk. The room was spacious, lovely and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding. Perfect location for seeing the old city. Highly recommended.
