Maintenance and Cleaning:
We kindly ask all guests to return the property in a clean and reasonably tidy condition upon departure.
Please note that additional cleaning or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit in the following situations:
- Excessive dirt or an unusually unclean condition of the property.
- A significant amount of unwashed dishes left in the kitchen.
- Trash left inside the accommodation. Guests are responsible for disposing of all waste in the designated street containers indicated in the Guest Guide before check-out.
- Permanent staining or damage to towels and bed linens caused by makeup, creams, tanning products, hair dye, bleach, or other chemical substances requiring replacement.

Property Services, Community Facilities, and Surroundings:
At REGOMA, we are committed to providing an exceptional guest experience. Every property is professionally cleaned and carefully inspected before each arrival to ensure it is presented in excellent condition.
However, guests acknowledge and accept the following:
- Community Facilities: REGOMA cannot be held responsible if shared facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, saunas, paddle tennis courts, or other communal amenities are temporarily closed, restricted, or unavailable due to decisions made by the homeowners’ association, maintenance requirements, or applicable legal regulations.
- Community Maintenance Work: From time to time, the homeowners’ association may carry out maintenance, conservation, or improvement work in the communal areas, including facades, entrances, garages, gardens, or other shared spaces. While these works are beyond our control, they may occasionally result in temporary noise, restricted access, or visual disturbance. REGOMA accepts no liability for any inconvenience arising from such community-approved works.
