With two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a folding bed available for a fifth person. The apartment has the best location in the center of Fuengirola. It is accessible by train (apartment is near the train station and bus station. It is only 25 minutes by car from Malaga and Marbella Fuengirola has an excellent climate even in winter. The apartment has a very spacious terrace where you can relax. You only have to go down one small staircase and you can use a swimming pool (which is maintained by the hotel las rampas) Attention may be closed in the winter The apartment is in the center near restaurants and tapas bars and shops such as zara, ... The apartment is only 150 meters from the beach where you can also experience all kinds of beach activities jet ski, parasailing, diving ..ENZ Also a large bus station is nearby, giving you the can explore the region without a car (Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas, Torremolinos, Malaga, Benalmedena ..ENZ The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is there, cupboard, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine ..ENZ. There was easy access to the shops, coffee shops and the beach. Terrace was large but didnt have time to use it much as sun only came up in the morning due to time of year we went but would have been great if we went at a different time. We could have done with some more cushions. Only negative points were that you had to pay for the air conditioning by the meter, the handle of the kettle was dangerous as it had hot steam coming out of it and one of the single beds were uncomfortable. Marc has been very quick to respond to emails and questions. The location is very central and very convenient. It is really very easy to get to it and the building is clean, quite and very secure. The furniture are comfortable and adequate. The terrasse is large and it would be great in the summer time. The Internet works fine and good speed. The apartment is surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafés and everything you need and its about 10mn walk from the light rail station that connects to the airport in Malaga. We bought a shopping trolly and we left it for future tenants. If you need urgent medical services there are three private clinics close by ( Xanit, San Fransisco clinic and Quiron clinic). Marc var mycket trevlig att ha att göra med och återkopplade snabbt om det var något man undrade över. Läget var mycket centralt med nära till allt. Big thank's to the owner for a pleasant 7-week stay in this classic apartment in central Fuengirola. It’s located in the centre of the town with all of the amenities on your doorstep and just a few minutes walk to the beach. It was spacious and with easy access to everything. 2-5 minutes walk to the beach , the town center, train station etc and with many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The huge terrace was a real bonus. The kitchen had every thing you needed, both utensils and some groceries. The checkin procedure was smooth, with Manon meeting up at the train station. The terrace was well furnished but at the time we visited the sun went off it at around 11 a.m. Maybe as summer kicks in the sun will stay on it longer. The beds were comfy but would have been happy if there were more pillows. We always sleep on two at home. Marc quickly addressed the issue of a faulty kettle. The location is excellent close to all amenities. A new find for us this time was the Salon of Varieties theatre were I saw an excellent production of Blood Brothers a definite must if we visit again. All in all a pleasant stay. ##### R B. Had 5 great weeks, location is great with great restaurants and pubs nearby. Marina is only a 5 minute walk as is the bus stop and train station. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The location is superb, less than 5 minutes walk form the train station in one direction or the beach in the other.
