The location of this fantastic apartment is probably the best in Fuengirola, with the river ”Rio de Fuengirola” in the backyard and the old Arabian castle ”Castillo Sohail”, with lots of regularly musical and cultural events, as the nearest neighbor. The famous 7 km long Fuengirola beach promenade is just in front of the apartment. All amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are all within a few minutes’ walk. The apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a bright and cozy living/dining room with direct access to a large 16 m2 south facing terrace with stunning views over the Mediterranean ocean and the beach promenade. The well-maintained complex offers a lovely matured garden with green lawns and tropical trees and flowers, and a large community pool, open all year round. There is a private exit from the enclosed garden, directly to the beach – In just a minute you can be in the blue sea of the Mediterranean ocean. The entire apartment as well as the terrace is furnished with comfortable furniture. Bedlinen and towels are included in the price. Beach promenade The Paseo Marítimo promenade is one of the longest promenades in Spain. Lined with shady palm trees and with a dedicated cycling lane in the middle, it spans 7 km along most of the town’s coastline, with the Mediterranean seascapes constantly in sight. This is a beach where the whole family can have fun. Boats, waterskis and jetskis can be rented. There is even a beach football setup, complete with goalposts. Whether as player or a spectator, the football adds to the lively, family atmosphere. Volleyball is another option on this lively beach.
