It consists of two bedrooms, one of them with sea views, as well as a living room, bathroom and kitchen. It also has a spacious terrace equipped to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the sun, with family or friends, while enjoying spectacular views.

The apartment is located facing Los Boliches Beach, a quiet area between Fuengirola and Carvajal. In the area, you will find a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, as well as bars and restaurants along the beachfront. At this same distance (7-9 minutes on foot), you will find Los Boliches train station. This train travels the Fuengirola-Málaga route and vice versa, passing through Benalmádena, Torremolinos, the Airport, Málaga Train Station, and Málaga city center, among others.

The center of Fuengirola and the marina are located 2 km from the apartment. By car, they are just 5 minutes away. At this same distance, there are shopping centers, shops, a zoo, pubs, and other leisure activities such as paddle clubs, water sports, etc.
