Located directly opposite the beach, the apartment offers breathtaking panoramic sea and coastline views from its large southeast-facing 180-degree terrace, as well as from the private rooftop area.



Whether you are enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, dining al fresco, or simply unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, the outdoor spaces are truly special.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one en-suite and one family bathroom.

The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday without needing a car. The beach is 20 metres away, whilst supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and a pharmacy are all around the building.



The train station is only a 10-minute walk away, with a direct connection to Málaga Airport in approximately 30 minutes and 45 minutes to beautiful Malaga City.
