  • On 200 square meters you will find everything your heart desires: Three bedrooms, two terraces, two bathrooms and a consistently modern and comfortable facilities.

    The open plan living and dining area features a spacious atmosphere and the fully equipped kitchen nothing is missing: dishwasher, electric oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle are naturally present. From the kitchen with a large flat screen TV you get way directly on the beautiful, furnished breakfast terrace.

    Upstairs is another living area with comfortable seating, with 3D flat-panel TVs - and with access to the second terrace, equipped with a beach chair and wonderful, direct view of the lake.

    Self parking is here pure relaxation: right on the beach house there is a parking space available. And to the sandy beach of Lake Plauer is also just a few steps.

Infoszum Haus früh und ausführlich vom Vermieter bekommen.Haus genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Sehr schöne Ausstattung, modern und es wurde an alles gedacht.Check inn problemlos mit Schlüsselcode und in der Küche gibt es wirklich alles !! was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt.Vermieter sehr nett, es wurde sogar extra vorher angerufen um wirklich noch eventuelle letzte Fragen zu klären. Sauberes, schönes und großes Haus mit tollem Seeblick, sehr nahem Strand und seit neuestem einem italienischen Restaurant. Vom Haus aus lassen sich diverse Ziele im Umfeld schnell erreichen. Das Ein- und Auschecken ist sehr einfach. Bei Bedarf ist der freundliche Vermieter unkompliziert erreichbar und gibt schnell Rückmeldung. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben.

Der Aufendhalt war sehr schon. Die Lage am See super,konnten leider nicht oft schwimmen gehn,da das Wetternicht mitspielte. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Wunderschön gelegenes gut und gemütlich ausgestattetes Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Strandhaus. Es war ruhig gelegen und super gut ausgestattet , mit allem was einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt einfach macht. Der Kontakt war freundlich und wir erhielten viele Informationen . Sicherlich wird es nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, dass wir den weiten Weg aus der Schweiz nach Lenz antreten werden .

Traumhafte Lage

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage direkt am See war traumhaft. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut, uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für das WLAN. An manchen Tagen war überhaupt keine Internetverbindung möglich. Direkt im Ort hat man relativ überschaubare Möglichkeiten an Restaurants. Das Essen war gut aber etwas preisintensiv. Für weitere Alternativen war man leider immer auf das auto angewiesen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Tolle Lage!

Sehr schönes und für 6 Erwachsene super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit toller Lage. Fahradrouren in die Umgebung unternehmen und danach Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse genießen und entspannen...das ist Urlaub! Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich bei einem auftretenden Problem sofort gekümmert hat! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und waren betimmt nicht zum ketzten mal hier!

Soweit alles in Ordnung. Generell sehr gute Ausstattung. Allerdings funktioniert das Internet im besten Fall nur sporadisch. Dies sollte man bedenken, wenn man vor Ort auf das Internet, bspw. wegen der Arbeit angewiesen is. Ansonsten ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Außergewöhnlich

Wir haben mit drei Generationen im Strandhaus die Ostertage verbracht und alle dieses Haus mit seiner exzellenten Ausstattung und großzügigen Raumaufteilung sehr genossen. Ab und zu gab das Aprilwetter sogar die Chance, den tollen Seeblick auch an der frischen Luft vom Balkon aus zu nutzen. Die Umgebung ist für Naturliebhaber wie uns gut für Spaziergänge geeignet, wer gern und ausgiebig mit dem Rad unterwegs ist, kann auch in der weiteren Entfernung Misch-Wälder, kulturelle Highlights, interessante Museen und mehr entdecken - sonst kann man dafür as Auto oder die Fährlinien nutzen. Für Kinder sind der Bären- und der Affenwald ein besonderes und lehrreiches Erlebnis. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Art der Eigentümerfamilie Rüter. Absolut empfehlenswert!
