    Ground floor house in a secure residence, with pool, garden and terrace. Apartment with a new and separate bedroom. (Non smoking).
    On ground floor with 2 terraces, lounge, kitchen, living room with new BZ sofa-bed for 2 persons, 160cm wide (Bultex 14 cm comfort mattress).
    Kitchenette with 4 hobs, oven, sink, large refrigerator with freezer compartment.
    Philipps LCD flat screen, Wi-Fi access, and telephone.
    Nearby shops (100 m) and restaurants (the first one is 50 m on the beach...)
    Individually off-street parking in a gated community (remote control).
    Equipped terrace with table for 6 persons, electric grill on site and pierrade (cooking stone).
