"I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. "

"This is a hidden gem! A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with all the amenities. Very close to several grocery stores, and a wide variety of restaurants.Very quiet neighborhood and there's even a beautiful patio with a grill!Highly recommended! A"

"It was a great location for us, (we needed to be near the UTRGV campus), and it was close enough to the highway that we could get anywhere we needed to go.The handy man lives on site, so our problems were dealt with immediately.You do need to know that it is an apartment, and the neighbors' music was pretty loud until midnight, but if you have a loud enough white noise machine, you could potentially block most of it out. The host is incredibly responsive and very friendly."
