Have to walk through dirt/grass. We had to walk past spilled garbage with broken beer bottles to get to the front door, with a step that is in need of a repair.2 Living room only sits a few people w couches oriented one direction and TV a different direction. 3 Kitchen only sits 4 people.4 No garbage cans at all on the top floor which has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.5 No soap or towels in any of the bathrooms upon our arrival.6 Just 1 bedroom on the main floor and it's a king bed w/ dresser but no room between bed & dresser. The bed is against the corner so the only way to get in the bed is from one side. The foot of the bed is against the dresser which you can't open due to its proximity to the footboard. Very important to note this is the only mirror in any of the bedrooms, although no room to stand in front of. I have elderly parents that we had to seek alternate accommodations for as the bed was too high for them to climb into & over one another to escape and they can't do stairs.7 Upstairs no mirrors in bedrooms. Master bathroom is a vanity sink with no space for toiletries or a broken hair dryer! 8 TV in master has a burnt out bulb so pic is blue and green only. 9 bugs bugs & bugs everywhere.10 4 bathrooms one non-working blow dryer!11 no water pressure for the bathroom sink (valve fully on) ##### kim f.
