This cabin is way up the mountain - very quiet, secluded and private. The interior is basic, has all you need for a weekend stay. The hot tub is lovely for an evening soak after a hike. We didn't use the kitchen much--there are nice places to eat out in Front Royal and other towns nearby. It''s a good 30 minutes into town so plan accordingly. Lots of wineries nearby and the Shenandoah River Park is great. Good location for enjoying the outdoors and what the valley has to offer.
Pretty tucked away on backroads made excursions more of a time commitment than desired, but the cabin is nice, comfy, and hot tub was great. The kitchen has absolutely everything you might need for cooking too. Nice long weekend spot!
House was great. We can tell time has been put into it. Recorr pkayer fun surprise. Wish I wouldve brought mine. Great location. Hot tub was fantastic. Fenced in yard was awesome for our dogs.
Only negatives were there were some cobwebs in places that didn't reflect recent cleaning. Near bed and bathroom. Soap in bathroom looked moldy. We didn't feel comfortable using.
Very clean. Makes you feel like home. Every thing you would need for a very comfortable stay

What a great weekend!
Cabin #3 felt super comfy from the moment we walked in the door. Definitely felt like a home away from home. All the special touches made it so fun - the gorgeous fireplace, the zen den and the hot tub, the TV and wifi. It was so close to everything, the lake, Front Royal, Skyline Drive, and the wineries. The owners are a delight and so accommodating. Everything about this place is warm and welcoming.

Clean and extremely comfortable.
We stayed in a cabin for two nights in May this year. Such a beautiful location with views of spectacular sunsets. Our cabin was fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Our toddler had so much fun running around and exploring the grounds and loved the swing and chickens.
We will definitely be staying here again!
Thank you.

Weary travelers find rest
Finding the house/cabin in total dark after 1 hour of wandering the heavy wooded gravel roads, we finally turned on the GPS and amazingly we were there! GPS worked after getting of I-66. Strongly recommend GPS's use within neighborhood 'cause there are multiple inside routes.
The cabin itself ... similar to a two star hotel.... furnishings have seen better days,
but oh my,
the view of the woods from the loft and deck, finding oldie 33 vinyl records which we danced to, hot tub, large deck for morning coffee, washer and dryer usage (thank you!), and fenced yard for dog.

Hot Tub Heaven Cabin #3
The cabin was cozy and comfortable, and was surprisingly well-stocked with not only kitchen utensils and cookware, but also games, books, records and a turntable. So cool! It was so peaceful there, and the hot tub was the perfect remedy for my work stress. And bonus--its pet-friendly! I can't wait to schedule another trip to the mountains!

Unforgettable, excellent stay.
We had such a great time during our stay at Cabin #3. Tom and Deneane always had a quick answer to any questions we had and were extremely accommodating with anything we needed. We had such an amazing time we extended our stay an extra night! This cabin is also located a mere 15 minutes or so from the Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive. We will definitely be back again next year!!

Still wishing I never even left
The location was just so nice and secluded, a real trip in to nature for me. I enjoyed being surrounded by the woods. Those nice cool nights on the deck with nothing but tiki's. I wish I could just buy this cabin for myself ;) i guess since I can't i'll just have to recommend it to everyone. You won't want to leave and when you do leave you will be anxious to come back

Best Family Vacation
Took my wife and kids here on a surprise getaway and it was the best idea I've ever had. There was an activity for everyone in my family right in the area. It was more than we even expected from the listing and it was like our home away from home. The cabin was fully stocked and had everything we wanted and needed right on site. My wife loved how clean it was and how it was decorated and the kids and I loved being submersed completely in nature. We can't wait to return there as soon as possible.

Dream Vacation
I came here with a friend of mine and stayed in Cabin #3, we were surely not disappointed. The inside of the cabin was unlike anywhere I've ever stayed before, it was so nicely decorated and quirky, exactly my style. It was so nice to get away and breathe the fresh air, go on hikes, drink wine from local wineries and do a little shopping as well. The whole cabin is surrounded by a bright green natural backdrop and every room had a breathtaking view. The hot tub was probably the best part of the trip, I've never felt for relaxed in my life. I absolutely can't wait to return with my family.

This place is wonderful
We had a lovely time here at Hot Tub Heaven. The place is wonderful - well-stocked, clean and very well set up. It is nice to have the big TV. We almost made it through the 3rd Season of House of Cards. The hot tub was a pleasure - only missed one day due to rain. We did a daily hike down to the mountain lake with the dogs, and one day on Skyline Drive where we saw white-tail deer and hawks. Spent a little time in Front Royal - nice lunch at J's Gourmet on South Royal Avenue (across from the bookstore) where there is also a local wine shop, upstairs a tiny restaurant that looked interesting call Apt. 26. We'd have tried it if we had more time. Thank you! We'll be back!!!

Every amenity has been so carefully thought out! We loved it!
From the first to last moment we were here we were completely charmed by Hot Tub Heaven. Being a lover of bright colors and having continually traveled for 18 months in 'beige' hotels, my fancies were tickled to get to sleep in a blue bedroom with lovely hand painted stools and groovy lighting. Every amenity has been so carefully thought out from the beautiful forest view, to the hot tub, the great deck, excellent grill, outdoor deck, to the lovely open living room, the huge TV to the completely stocked kitchen &&&&&&&&&&… we loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were transformed!
From the moment we walked through the door we were transformed! We felt like we were in our twenties! The albums, the papa-son chair, not to mention all the décor and candles - all this and the hot tub - sooooo cool! And you didn't miss a touch, like the ample supply of tea light candles. This week started out as a get away from our house being renovated, but it became much more - thanks for a very relaxing "time out" in your "hip" chalet! P.S. This place is so calming even our hyper Corgi chilled out!!!!

Spectacular! It was wonderful.
Hot Tub Heaven #3 was just what we needed. Great deck and hot tub for relaxing. The area and surroundings were beautiful.
Everything was as advertised.
The owner was extremely helpful leading up to, and even during our stay. The home was very clean and cozy, and had all the amenities we needed and more.
We all loved the experience.
We'll be back for sure.
When we got into the cabin we where stunned it is so amazing, it is even better than the website pictures.
We had an exceptional time. The view, peace and the serenity were excellent.
Everything about this cabin welcomes you, it was clean and fresh surrounded by tree's and nature and the Hot Tub was a plus that we sat in endlessly day and night.
The record player, big screen TV and free internet were a huge bonus.
