My wife is a travel agent and we do travel often, I have stayed in a RIU (Cancún) but this in Guanacaste by far the worse hotel I ever stayed I did reviews before my travel day and i thought it was just an upset traveler but after been there I can tell you for fact it is bad!!! I got sick with the food the last 5 days of my stayed, hotel doesn’t have waiters all the food is buffet style regardless basically is like eating in a cheap buffet restaurant but paying a lot of money for that..
