Just minutes from Main Street, the free Summit Stage shuttle, and a short drive to world-class ski resorts, this townhouse is perfectly located for year-round adventure. Enjoy comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a back deck with the sound of the creek flowing by. Proximity: Located in the heart of Frisco, this townhouse is only a 5-minute walk from Main Street (0.2 miles), where you'll find shops, restaurants, local breweries and more. The free Summit Stage bus is just a 2-minute walk away, giving you easy access to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Silverthorne. Right outside the back door, Ten Mile Creek provides a serene backdrop, while Lake Dillon, the Frisco Adventure Park, and miles of hiking and biking trails are just minutes away. Living Room (Main Level): The living room offers a welcoming space to relax after a day outdoors, featuring a large sofa sleeper, two lounge chairs, a flatscreen TV, and a fireplace. Sliding doors open onto the deck, where you can enjoy views of the creek and sunshine. Kitchen (Main Level): The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, ample cabinet space, and cookware. Storage: Each townhome features a small garage currently used for storage, providing the perfect spot to keep all your adventure gear organized and easily accessible. Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
