Welcome to Waterdance 495B, a spacious four-bedroom townhome in a desirable Frisco location, offering a comfortable mountain retreat with easy access to downtown and Summit County’s outdoor adventures.
The inviting living area features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, mountain-inspired furnishings, and a cozy gas fireplace. After a day on the slopes or trails, relax on the plush seating and enjoy the 55-inch smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, generous counter space, cookware, and an espresso machine, with seating for everyone at the breakfast bar and dining table.
Four comfortable sleeping areas provide room for families and groups to unwind. Step onto the private deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air, with outdoor seating-perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing evening.
Downtown Frisco and Main Street are just a half-mile away, with restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques within easy reach. The Frisco Marina is also walkable, and the nearby bike path offers year-round opportunities for biking, hiking, and exploring.
