We arrived at this property on Thanksgiving Day, we had the code to get into the apartment but the code didn’t work. Since it was Thanksgiving day but around 4:00 pm he got a little worried. We called Vacasa and someone from their stuff help us with a new code, the lady was so kind and very efficient. Honestly there were no reason to be worried, she was fast!! The apartment was immaculate, beds so comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms too. The views from the condo were amazing and the whole neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Very nice complex to stay in. This condo does have quite a few stairs to get to front door, so hauling luggage up the stairs was a chore. BUT, we finally figured out that you could roll your luggage up the sidewalk beside the condo and go in the patio door. Only major complaint with this condo was the master bed; it was so hard and not easy to sleep in.
