Property Description Lagoon Townhomes 737A is a beautiful, end unit with mountain views. Sleeps 7\. Easy access to the pool, 2 hot tubs, workout room and clubhouse. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is located near Lake Dillon and all Frisco amenities. Extra windows in the unit make it very light and bright. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and a kitchen bar that seats 2\. The Dining table seats 6\. Comfortable living room with flatscreen, gas fireplace and sofabed. Private deck with seating for 2 faces the mountains. Very easy to reach from I-70 yet a very quiet location. It is a short drive to all activities, shopping areas and ski resorts. A great place to relax and enjoy family and friends. Free WiFi and cable. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Tandem attached garage fits 2 vehicles. Security camera views the exterior of the front door. Bedding Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen. \~ King, private bath in master \~ Twin Bunkbed with Twin Trundle and work desk with chair in 2nd bedroom. \~ Queen Sofabed in living room with main floor half-bath Amenities The complex is built for convenience with a large indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs and fitness room plus an outdoor tennis court and picnic area. Clubhouse also has a large gathering space and catering wet bar. Parking 2 cars can park tandem (one behind the other) in the attached garage. Additional surface parking spot by permit only provided. Garage door opener and parking pass in unit. Location In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, and 30 minutes to Vail mountain resorts. The Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing and sleigh rides are an easy drive. An easy walk or quick drive to Natural Grocers, Starbucks and restaurants. Just off of Summit Boulevard which has Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, restaurants, Outer Range Brewery, ski/ride rentals, sporting goods and shops. Since I've had ants in my own kitchen, it wasn't like I haven't dealt with this issue before, so I didn't pursue the issue.
