If you are looking for quiet location close to everything, look no further. Tucked away from the hustle of town, but close to the shopping and dining of historic Main Street. Right by the spacious clubhouse with pool & hot tubs, and a gym. Pickleball and Tennis Courts. Store all your skis or SUPs in the two car tandem garage. Walk from your door to an easy, beautiful hike to the lake shore. Easy drive to local ski areas. 2 bedrooms on the top level with en-suite bathrooms. Fireplace and a deck.
Park in the heated garage and your mountain trip can begin. Ski, boat, hike, bike or just relax and enjoy the quiet of your Frisco getaway. Hike around the lake, the trail offers so much: forest, wildflowers, breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range and Buffalo Mountain. Look for Bald eagles and ospreys, fish and foxes. Then enjoy the sauna, pool and hot tubs in the beautiful club house. Put some burgers on the grill on your private balcony and enjoy the cool mountain evening by the fireplace.
There are 3 levels in the townhome - Two car private garage (tandem) is on the lower level. Open concept main floor for friends and family to gather, with a nice remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room with plush seating and a balcony with a grill. On the main level, there is also a half bathroom with a washer and dryer and a dining table for 6. The couch is a pull out. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor. The primary bedroom has its own TV with live channels, king size bed and nice bathroom with shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is furnished with twin over full bunk bed, large closet and tiled bathroom.
Living room - pull out couch and love seat recliner for seating around the fireplace. Wall mounted TV for a family movie night and a balcony.
Kitchen - nicely remodeled kitchen with custom alder cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Equipped with all essential to prepare your meals. Enjoy them at the dining table for 6.
Bedroom - king size bed and en-suite bathroom, TV with live channels.
Guest bedroom - bunk bed, large closet and en-suite bathroom. The top bunk bed is for a child only please.
Washer and dryer - there is a stackable was he and dryer in the condo.
Parking - tandem garage and one spot in front of the garage. Please don’t block the driveway.
Clubhouse - pool, hot tubs and sauna, gym, and tennis court.
WiFi - fast, free wireless Internet throughout the townhome.
Hiking - there is a path leading all the way to the lake, starting at the edge of the parking lot.

The property is very conveniently located making it very easy to access ski rentals, interstate, restaurants, clubhouse with pool, etc. The property itself is quality; a very well designed, well furnished and well maintained vacation rental.
Updated comfortable townhouse in a convenient location. The garage is a tremendous bonus in the winter. Daniel, the property manager is very helpful and easy to work with.

5 minutes to Main Street Frisco. 10 minutes to Copper Mtn ski area. The pool and hot tub are right across from the condo.

We loved our stay in Frisco! Daniel was a great host and the property exceeded expectations. The fireplace in the living room and the pool/jacuzzi across the driveway were icing on the cake. If you’re skiing/snowboarding at Vail, Breckinridge, or Keystone, this is the perfect place to stay! We’ll be back!!
We were very happy with this property. The location was perfect for our daily trips to Leadville during the Leadville MTB100. The condo was very clean and the appliances and utensils, made sure we had everything we needed to eat at home. The indoor pool and hot tub was also really nice. We would definitely stay there again. We loved this property! Everything is very thoughtful. The furniture is comfortable, all the dishes and linens you need, located right next to the pool and very close to town. Every time I thought of something I could use, I found it (broom, squeegee, etc.). I would highly recommend.

I've stayed at this property twice this year. Both times were excellent. It is very comfortable, everything about the Townhome (beds, couches, all off of the kitchen) is of high quality, and Daniel is super great at communicating expectations and responding immediately to questions. I Highly recommend it!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do as we spend many Summers in Summit County. We enjoy the fact that we’re right on the lake next to the nature, preserve able to walk into town, the coffee shops, and have the bike trail right at our feet.
The first thing we noticed when we walked in, was how clean, smelling and tastefully decorated the entire place was. The beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a great addition.
We both can’t wait to come back next summer!
