Hair in the caulking, molding, dryer, guessing the owner has a dog as well. Outdated, guessing original 1970 / 80s for most of the place. Feel like this can’t be rented regularly as it couldn’t be getting cleaned regularly. Maybe just rented on high peak holiday periods. I'm a CO native who loves to come up to Summit County multiple times per year to ride the extensive trail systems there. This place is super close to a main trailhead (seriously walking distance) as well as a short walk into downtown Frisco.
