Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center

10/10 Excellent
"This property was absolutely amazing!!! My wife and I had plans that feel through for reasons beyond our control so we decided to do a staycation and just enjoy each other. So we decided to try something different (I’ve always been a devoted Marriott member) and chose to stay here for our 20 year anniversary and it was nothing short of greatness! When they found out that we were celebrating our 20 year anniversary and how our plans had been destroyed they immediately jumped into action, upgraded us to the Presidential Suite (which was fabulous) and made our stay absolutely wonderful. Special shoutout to: Chase at the front desk who went above and beyond each day, the front desk manager Emily who was so kind, thoughtful and professional and Wardell at the bar who kept us laughing every evening! Their hospitality, kindness and attention to detail was second to none!!! Because of these individuals and the entire staff our anniversary was fun and memorable! Thank you all so much and we hope to see you all again soon!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. There was ample space to sit, drink coffee (a Nescafé coffee maker is provided along with a refrigerator) and place your things—there was a table with a couch and chairs, as well as a full length desk/dresser area). A wall-to-wall window provided a nice view of the area. A special bonus is that there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance to the hotel!"
