We overall enjoyed our stay. The location is great. We were able to walk to restaurants, bike rentals, walking trails.
Unfortunately the place is in need of TLC. Many things are broken (kitchen drawer, furniture, outdoor table...).
The price reflects the condition of the place so you get what you pay for...

Amazing gateway!
Nestled in Colorado's Rockies, Frisco offers easy access to Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. After skiing or exploring, unwind in comfy accommodations with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, from kitchen essentials to fresh linens and board games. It's the perfect base for group getaways, providing a relaxing and convenient stay in the heart of the mountains. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
Preface by saying the property is excellent and in a great location between the mountains for a ski trip. The reason for this 1 star review is for the poor management and lack of response from maintenance. On the last day of trip right before check out we experienced a major inconvenience. This was due to the garage door completely breaking sending pieces of spring and wood flying almost injuring my friend in the garage at the time. With the garage door breaking this prevented us from being able to get our car out of the garage for a significant amount of time. In tune this caused us to miss our flight enterily. When the garage door broke at 8 AM we immediately reached out to the management company, who prompted that they acknowledges the request and would reach out maintenance. Three hours later after multiple back and fourth conversation with lack of response from their end after stating they would respond to me, the garage door was still broken and they were not in contact with maintenance yet. This lack of urgency and awareness of the situation cause us to completely miss our flight and ultimately costs us additional 300 for a new flight.Ultimately, we had take matters into our own hands just to be able to get off the property well after our check out time. Then when asking for reimbursement for the time lost and flight missed, we were left unanswered as they would not acknowledge our request. 5 hours later, we’re still being told no word from maintenance.
Everything was expected, was a little disappointed that we couldn't get in earlier just to drop our stuff and go, We needed to get food into the refrigerator. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.
A nice stay at a spacious home that is a short walk to Main Street, Frisco. The house was spotless but a little dated.

It served its purpose
It was a great location and for the most part pretty clean. On the other hand there was nothing cozy or inviting about it. Very old and dated furniture. The living room furniture was very worn down a smelled musty and lots of the wooden chairs around the place felt like they may fall apart if you set on them.
For us though we were fine. The price was good and we just wanted a place to sleep.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
As others have said it is dates. We had a patio table with no glass in it so it was unusable. No central air which we expected but no ceiling fans or fans of any kind. Got warm. When we stripped the beds before we left one of the pillows looked like it had been chewed on by mice or some kind of animal. There is more I could say but a lot is in other comments.
We had a really good time. The 3 bedrooms were great and we enjoyed the tennis courts. It is a bit far from town but it was as advertised. For us, that was fine but if someone wants to walk to town they should look closer.
We would definitely book again.

Comfortable stay.
The property was clean and comfortable as advertised. We (7 family members) had a great week of skiing both Breckenridge and Keystone and fully utilized the kitchen for all of our meals.
Improvement suggestions: The dining chairs are woobly (fingers pinched), the dining table is awkward for the chairs, and the master bathroom sink fixtures need tightening.
I was confused/annoyed to find the property using VRBO and subsequently receiving communications from VRBO, Vacasa, and Homeaway?
We enjoyed our stay. The tennis courts right outside were great for getting kids out of the house and off their electronics. We forgot our tennis rackets but there are some (old) rackets available which was great. FYI-2 of the "sleeps" are in a fold out couch in the family room. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows, we had 2 people sleep on the floor as we had 2 families but didn't want kids from different families sleeping in the same room due to COVID. If the owners ever replace the family room furniture, I would recommend more seating. A couch and chair doesn't match up well with sleeps 9. Loved the back deck.
This property is in an excellent area, close to multiple ski resorts and short walk to downtown Frisco where there are great bars and restaurants. The property was clean and had a decent amount of supplies for our stay (paper towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner/body wash). The only reason it is not a 5 star review is that the furniture/appliances/fixtures were extremely dated and looked as though they were picked up at random yard sales or estate sales. The linens were clean and fresh but also old and had some light staining. I would expect better furnishings for a rental which brings 20k a month in the winter. Seems like a quick trip to IKEA could fix this.
Great location near downtown, plenty of linens, good layout, comfortable beds, plenty of parking (one stall garage, driveway, general parking lot). Entire place needs updating.

House close to the slopes
The house is close to keystone , Breckinridge, copper mountain. Easy to get in and out even when it’s snowing a lot. 5-10 minute walk to Frisco’s Main Street. Enough space for 8 people. We were short on cups but other then that house was perfect place for our skiing trip.

Our late september stay
Nice location. Near Main Street and you can walk across a beautiful bridge to Town, but the home is in a quiet nice area. The home was also clean. Lots of stuff needed maintenance. Dining chairs are coming apart. Fan in master bath is broken. Coffee maker doesn't work right. And the furniture overall in the living areas is very old and worn. Beds are nice.
