Built in 2002, the building is modern and comes complete with a large kitchen, open kitchen, dining and living area, 2 car garage and lots of living space. The property is located just off Main Street on Seventh Avenue so all of the shops and restaurants in town are an easy walk away. Common area facilities include a small swimming pool and exercise room. Unit 14C is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath with a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom and Queen bed again in the third bedroom. Additional bedding is a Twin over Full bunk bed in the master bedroom and a Queen sized futon. Everything was easy from check in to check out, which we appreciated. The condo was extremely spacious, and has a large kitchen. The kitchen had tons of pots, pans, and supplies to cook with, which was great. The open concept on the main floor was very conducive for hanging out together, card games with the kids, cooking meals in, and getting ready to hit the slopes! One piece of feedback was the place was really WARM and we didn't even turn the heat on! We constantly were opening windows (crazy because it snowed all weekend long!) to try and cool it down. Having a fan in the master helped a bit, but it must be those heated floors that keep it so toasty. Space and location were amazing and loved having so many places walkable for us! ##### Jennifer B. Only thing that we had trouble with was getting the right temperature on all both sleeping floors - one level was either too hot or too cold and the other level was the opposite. The condo more than accommodated our 6 adult, 3 children group. The kitchen was nice and big which we loved because several of us like to cook. There were plenty of pots and pans and appliances to accommodate all of our cooking needs. The owner was only an email away when we needed something and we did not need anything except help with the Wifi information and the owner replied immediately. No extra charge for the mouse that got into our food left on the counter. Also noticeable mouse droppings in several of the cupboards. This was only my 2nd time to use VRBO and because I was inviting a 2nd family along I was nervous about whether the property would actually sleep all 10 people. This unit was top notch and had room for all of us. The location was excellent and allowed us to walk or use the Summit Stage to everyplace we planned to visit. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, kitchen was equipped better than any rental we've ever used and the garage was large enough to park our Ford F150 crew cab and still have plenty of storage space! Everything in Frisco is within easy walking distance as well. We did experience a bit of noise from the adjacent condo but only in the master bedroom and it wasn't much of any issue other than one night.
