The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required. 5\. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced. 6\. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received and follow the checkout checklist at departure. 7\. Sleeping Capacity: Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all fees paid for any of the following: a. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity b. Using the property for any illegal activities including, but not limited to, the possession or consumption of alcohol by persons less than 21 years of age. c. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any neighboring properties. d. Any other act which interferes with your neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of their property. e. Normally vacation rentals look better in photos than in person, but this was the opposite! The cabin was even better in person and absolutely perfect for our family of four.The location truly can’t be beat. Backing up to the little creek was so peaceful and magical, and it was an easy walk to town and the park, which made everything incredibly convenient with kids. Frisco itself was such a wonderful surprise. A charming town and the perfect central location to easily explore Breckenridge and other nearby mountain towns.Management was fantastic and incredibly responsive. We had a minor coffee maker issue that turned out to be total user error on our end, and they were still ready to have a replacement delivered within minutes. That level of care and attentiveness really stood out.This was our first time visiting Frisco, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Madison on the River was a great home away from home- clean, comfortable, and fully-equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. You can walk just a few blocks to Main Street in Frisco where you’ll find great restaurants and a nice trail for walking or biking. The area was quiet; beds were comfortable. Best of all, you can quickly get to Copper Mountain (10 minutes away), Breckenridge, or Keystone for a day of skiing. We appreciated having a washer/dryer. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of basic essentials in the cabinets, which was a nice surprise. The only negative was the washing machine was moldy and we were unable to use it. The property managers weee very responsive and flexible, but we did not want to deal with repair people coming in during our stay. It was a bit annoying since we had planned to wash clothes.
