"Very dissapointing. We stayed in August and on our arrival the hotel was closed. There was no one on the grounds, i tamg several times and no one was picking up. Finally, i saw someone walking with bed sheets and asked if this person was working in this hotel and they confirmed. It turned out it is a receptionist. When i explained that we're trying to get in for the last 45min and i have a meeting in 5min I would like to log in into and need a wifi password (the password wasn't given to us...

"Die Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft nur durch das Servicepersonal des Bistros mitbetreut. Mehr als die Übergabe des Schlüssels war nicht möglich. Die über den Online-Check in abgefragten persönlichen Daten mussten nochmal handschriftlich eingetragen werden. Zimmer 1 im EG liegt genau gegenüber der Rezeption und am Durchgang zu den öffentlichen Toiletten des Restaurants.
