Location is near the main railway station. Lots of younger men hanging around at night on the streets, don’t think I would book if I were a group of woman or single woman staying to be honest.
Hotel was very good but bathroom was very compact. Room was cleaned daily which was great and it was not noisy considering there are two youth hostels nearby. I would book again.

10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

We had a very nice stay at VAYA Achensee. The hotel is modern with good wellness and pool area, espacialy the outdoor natural water pool was great. Very friendly staff and good breakfast and dinner.

Great location. Close to the train station and main attractions. Very walkable. Loved the products provided. The soap, shampoo etc were top line. The breakfast was fantastic but very pricey at 25 Euro. The building has an old world charm. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
