The 70 m² property features a living room with sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a workspace for home office, TV, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. The private terrace invites you to relax in the evenings. Dogs are welcome in all apartments; a fee per night and dog applies.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Parties are not allowed.
