We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights for our Sequoia trip. Clean room. Helpful Staffs. Breakfast is good and free parking!! :) Accessible to restaurants and coffee shops too!
The property is well maintained and secured just of the highway that heads to the Sequoias National Park. Breakfast is available with options, it was good and nutritious. Coffee and tea is offered at all hours with warm freshly made cookies in the afternoon. Staff seem very happy and take pride in their work. A big shout out to Amber at reception. She was positive, cheerful, professional and went out of her way to provide assistance. I been staying in other Holiday Inns but this one had exceptional service and is top notch. We enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast worker was very efficient very friendly. The cleaning staff also nice and friendly. The beds are comfortable. The registration desk personnel on check in and later in the day might want to embark on a new career. This is a "hospitality ""business
Breakfast was decent. Although I did not like that you have to share two bottles of ketchup and one bottle of hot sauce with everyone. Right across the street is an event center with arcades so if you have kids that’s a decent place to go. Also within walking distance is a Del Taco, Taco Bell and Jack in the Box. It is not far from the hwy either. The hotel next door is under construction but it was still quiet in our room
Customer service excellent, bed great. Exercise room very, very, good. Great blackout curtains. Or room had a very nice view of a very large field surrounded by trees mostly, very pleasant. Coffee machine/coffee very good. Bed great, pillows good but may not be for everyone, king size only.
Otherwise accommodations are so very pleasant. Laundry room looks good too, did not use, $2.50 per load. Note, I carry my own breakfast items so cannt make comment about it. We enjoyed our stay!!
The room was clean. "Eco" friendly was weird but ok. Had to put/and leave one room key in a switch card reader for lights to work...Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly but checking in took much longer than any of 7 hotels we stayed at on our trip. System was slow it appeared. Felt like safe well lit parking lot. One elevator was down but wasn't an issue since the hotel wasn't crowded.
This was a nice hotel to stay at during our two-day visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park! Overall, it was clean and included a nice breakfast! The staff were friendly and very helpful,
There were some stains on the carpet in the halls that need attention. The caulking around our tub was rusty colored in areas that could be fixed. Also, the TV in our room played all stations, except CNN was a blank/black screen, although you could faintly hear the broadcast. I didn’t want to watch Fox, lol. I reported it when I checked out and they said they would have maintenance look at it.
There is a pool, however, they advertise that they have a spa. They do not have a spa. The breakfast was average. The rooms were very clean and spacious.
We got to the property early and was told there weren't any rooms available and to come back at 2:00 PM! We went back at 2:30 and there were plenty of other people that were told the same thing so we all waited in the lobby! At around 2:45 another person who just walked in got a room! The man working the front desk didn't even have the decency to let us know that he was now accepting reservations! It was my turn in line and 5 minutes to 3:00 and the man working the front desk told me he didn't have any King rooms yet? So I got out of line and now it was 3:10 and now there was a lady helping that man and we were able to get our King room!
That man working the front desk was not very professional and he just acted like he didn't care!
