"The room had a funky smell to it. I looked down and my feet were black, so my guess is they're mopping the rooms with dirty water. The shower came with a dirt ring around the tub. And the guy at the desk acted like he didn't understand english when i asked about it. The smell in the room got better after I bought a Fabreeze air freshener. I was charged 100$ deposit, I should get it back and some kind of compensation for the conditions of the property. "

8/10 Good
"Parking was great, the pool was out of service for a while during our stay. The room was good, clean. Air conditioning in our room was great, worked really well. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no vent in the bathroom, or if there is it didn’t work, so after showers our room was really muggy for a long time. "

"Hotel itself is old and it shows. I will say the staff was pleasant and the room/sheets were as clean as possible given the general wear and tear on the property itself."
"The rooms are not cleaned and there’s mold in the walls bathrooms, shower head was pink and black sick . And dust on top of headboard bed and when you walk in lobby where the front desk is the smell of cigarettes is horrible . I will not visit this location again and will never referred entone "
"This hotel was once a great place to stay across the street from the Fresno airport. It had good food and a lively evening scene in the bar. It has been allowed to degrade unchecked. The carpets are filthy and haven’t been updated since they were installed in the last century. The decor is dark and dreary. The furniture is badly worn to the point of having the upholstery shredded and thread bare.
The management buys cheap goods. I had to have my key cards replaced seven times in the four nights I stayed there. They would just demagnetize. The clerk repeatedly told me to keep them away from my phone because it would do this to them. However it wasn’t the phone that was the problem. They would lose their charge in a pocket alone or when sitting on a nightstand overnight. Just cheap. Which is a theme of the whole hotel now it seems.
Frank is a hard enough city to visit unless you have good reason to do so. If you are going there for more than a single night, stay at a different place than this faded and cliche dump. "
