This newer property was comfortably furnished with current design and updated linens. The room layout was wonderful with a designated dressing area, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom while not overly large was a comfortable size with a large shower. There’s a bar and restaurant on property that we didn’t use but the aroma from the restaurant was wonderful! I took a star off for maintenance because while the facility was excellently maintained, the flower beds in the parking lot looked as though they hadn’t been touched in months. The weeds were thigh high! We will definitely stay here again.

The head housekeep Stephanie went above-and-beyond to make my stay safe, comfortable, and special. These folks are always very accommodating and professional. The property is always clean, spacious, and accessible. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone; it is by far the nicest in the Visalia area I've ever stayed at.

The lovely woman who checked us in was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. The kindness didn’t stop there though, as in the evening staff did small talk with our group while we waited on a lagging group member. Additionally (upon check out), we were greeted by yet another very helpful fellow AND a lovely dog named Olive. Who was beyond trained, as she didn’t greet us until we confirmed it was alright. This was my first visit, and I think I’ll make the place a tradition for my buddy’s bday. Great job, everyone!

Staff front desk was very friendly. Hotel is nice and clean. My room was facing the highway so there was hiway noise. Parking was plentiful and seemed safe, no homeless or riff raff walking around. Hospitality staff was also very friendly. Did not try the breakfast.
