One bedroom cottage with free parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. All year round, one bedroom bungalow with laundry inside and a fully equipped kitchen. It's located in the center of Alban, steps away from a grocery store, hardware store, bank, restaurant, pharmacy, etc. Splash pad park and a library are 2 min away and a cozy public beach is a 3 min drive down the road.
Public boat launch is a 3 min drive as well as a boat, ATV, snowmobile and ice hut for ice fishing rental. All around the house deck with bbq. The cottage is located close the the OFSC trail “C” and many beautiful hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing trails.

Great place in Alban

Plenty of amenities in the kitchen, and super handy to have washer and dryer! Easy to get from here to nearby French River activities. Very quiet at night due to being on a side road. Grocery store and other Alban shops accessible via walking if desired, they are so close.

The water wasnt good and no wifi which was a real problem because phone reception is very poor. I tried contacting the host but no reply throughout the stay. Location is nice and cottage itself is nice.

Un cottage agréable et proche du Killarney Provincial Park

Le cottage de Diana est agréablement situé à Alban, très proche de différents commerce, dont un grocery store bien fourni! Après plusieurs jours dans des motels, le fait de pouvoir nous installer dans un cottage a été une véritable bouffée d'air, la cuisine et la salle de bains sont très bien équipées, la salon est agréable et la chambre spacieuse. Le calme règne, c'est très agréable de profiter de la petite table sur le perron. Le cottage se trouve à environ 45 min du Killarney provincial park, la route est très agréable. Un commentaire pour les touristes francophones: le site Abritel indique "canapé-lit" dans le salon, il ne s'agit pas d'un canapé-lit, mais d'un canapé d'angle ("sectional sofa" sur le site en anglais avec l'annonce originale, et non pas "pull out sofa" qui serait un vrai canapé-lit) qui peut accueillir 2 personnes (couchées "en perpendiculaire"). L'annonce n'a donc pas été traduite correctement et il me semble important de le signaler car ceci ne convient pas forcément à toutes les familles. Pour notre part, nous nous en sommes accomodés et la propriétaire était sincèrement désolée de ce désagrément qui n'était pas du à une erreur de sa part.
